Counseling Fees

Fees are based either on your insurance provider's contracted rate or on ability to pay. I believe that everyone should be able to afford counseling and so I offer a sliding scale fee in certain situations.  For more information feel free to contact me.

Insurance

The best way to varify that I am an in-network provider for your insurance plan simply call the customer service phone number on the back of your card.  Let them know that you would like to begin counseling with me and they can verify your benefits and confirm that I am a provider.  You may also be able to utilize online provider lookup, if offered by your insurance carrier.
